Bookings are confirmed by WhatsApp or email once we've agreed on the trip details, pickup time, and price. We recommend booking as far ahead as possible to secure your preferred date, especially in peak season.
Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice are refundable in full where a deposit has been paid. Cancellations inside 48 hours may be non-refundable at our discretion, depending on the arrangement. Weather-related cancellations by us are always rescheduled or refunded.
Our drivers arrive on time and wait a reasonable window. If you're delayed, message us as early as possible so we can adjust. No-shows without communication may forfeit the booking.
All passengers are expected to wear seatbelts. Children require appropriate seating arrangements — let us know ages in advance so we can prepare. Alcohol and open drinks in the vehicle are not permitted.
We only collect the information needed to fulfil your booking (name, contact, trip details). We do not sell your data to third parties. Contact us if you want your records deleted.
